Our Rooms

All our rooms have king-size beds with pocket sprung mattresses with quited toppers, luxurious comforel artifical down duvets and a choice of pillows to give you the best nights sleep possible.

Each room has a private ensuite with shower, shaver points and heated towl rails. Our Cole & Lewis toiletries are made in the UK, free from nasty parabens and are refilled to reduce waste and plastic recycling. 

Top o' stairs - King size

A South facing room with king-size bed featuring a period cast iron fireplace which has been lovingly restored. The room is furnished with contemporary high gloss white furniture and feature wallpaper. It has a flat screen TV/DVD, upholstered window seat in designer fabric, wooden shutters, hospitality tray and hairdryer. NOTE: Sorry no dogs allowed in this room.

Next 'un - King size/Twin - dog friendly room

A South facing room with a king-size zip and link bed enabling flexible room type. Two window seats provide the perfect place to enjoy a drink from the hospitality tray. The room is furnished with oak furniture, wooden sutters, a flat screen TV/DVD, dressing table, hospitality tray and hairdryer. 

Ont' reet - King size/Twin - dog friendly room

A Western facing room to the side of the property with a view of lower Reeth. This room is located at the side ohas a King-size zip and link bed enabling flexible room type. This room is contemporary furnished with high gloss white furniture and wooden shutters. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD hospitality tray and hair dryer.

Check In

Check-in: Your room will be available to check in between 4:00 - 6:00pm. 
Check-out: Rooms are to be vacated by 10am.
Alternative check in/out times to be agreed by prior arrangement.
